Post Workout Protein Cake With Sam Paparo

Looking for a delicious way to get your protein without having to drink it? Try Rexx Elite Sam Paparo’s amazing protein cakes made with Optimum Nutrition’s Salted Caramel flavor. You can use any type you’d like, but this one is her favorite! The recipe is very simple and it’s so easy to make. She always prepares 4-5 in the beginning of the week and wraps them up once they’re all cooked so that she can have them ready to go each day.

Recipe:

3/4 scoop salted caramel Optimum Nutrition Protein Powder

2 XL egg whites

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp. coconut flour

3-4 tbsp. of water

6 drops of sweet leaf stevia drops

1 tsp. baking powder

Instructions: Mix all these ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Line a glass container with parchment paper and your the mixture into the baking dish. Cook on 350F for 30 Minutes. Once they are done let them cool and wrap in waxed paper and aluminum foil. They can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
